Short Term Partners

Each year we will offer a variety of short-term mission trips both inside and outside of the United States. These trips provide us with the opportunity to serve alongside our long-term missionaries as we partner with them in fulfilling the Great Commission. Not only will we offer emotional and physical support to our friends on the mission field, but we also trust that God will use this time to deepen our awareness of the great need to share the Gospel with people all throughout the world. Ministry opportunities include (but are not limited to): running Vacation Bible School, working in a medical clinic, managing a building project and assisting with an evangelistic mission.

2012 Short-term mission trip

Accra, Ghana – January 21-31, 2012.  Pastor Nate is leading a team to Ghana, Africa.  He is looking for a team consisting of musicians, medical professionals, and others willing to serve.  This trip will include a three-day festival outreach with artists featured at Creation Festivals.  Cost: $2,000 plus airfare.  Applications due March 31, 2011.  For more information contact Pastor Nate at 503-364-2285, or ndunn@fbcsalem.org
