Women’s Ministry is designed to cultivate a beloved community of women to fulfill their vision of becoming Christ-followers who are being transformed into His likeness, reflecting God’s heart. An array of prayer times, outreach focused special events, Bible studies, workshops and one-on-one mentoring opportunities are the “tools” used to equip gals for life-changing growth and service. Look for information with regard to your unique interests at the Women’s Center located in the Commons area of the Community Life Center.

Sisters in Prayer – Be joyful…pray continually Sisters in Prayer is a simple, but powerful ministry that keeps women connected through intercession. Using Facebook, email and snail mail “sisters” are blessed knowing that others are standing in the gap for them on a regular basis. SIP provides an opportunity to meet other ladies within the church and to deepen relationships by becoming better acquainted through the avenue of prayer. Women will submit requests in confidential communication, have the chance to encourage and respond to requests and in this way share one another’s heart and life. You may join anytime during the year. Call the office to learn how to become part of the Facebook group. Ask for Janice, 503-364-2285 x 334
Experience the rich rewards of a mentoring relationship. One of the most meaningful and encouraging friendships that can exist between Christian women is that of an older woman sharing her heart with a younger woman. If you are interested in a one on one, woman to woman discipling relationship, are serious about growing in your walk with God and willing to make a commitment to accountability, you may be ready for this God designed connection with another woman. Training as a mentor is available. Contact Janice (503) 364-2285 or (541) 760-3649.
